Project Overview

The Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) brings you a refreshingly smooth driving experience with better mobility and shorter travelling time.

DASH begins in Puncak Perdana and ends at Penchala Interchange, reducing the journey from start to end by 30 minutes from 90 minutes, saving 60 minutes via the existing road.

DASH stands a distance of 20.1 km with 13 interchanges namely Puncak Perdana, Alam Suria, Denai Alam, Kampung Melayu Subang, Pinggiran Subang, Subang Dua, Subang Airport, RRIM (Kwasa Damansara), Surian, Seksyen 5 Kota Damansara, Sunway Damansara, Damansara Perdana and Penchala.

DASH is directly linked to the Penchala Link, Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) and Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), bringing greater connectivity, convenience and economic benefits as it will serve as a critical link between the eastern and western parts of the Klang Valley.

Traffic volume is expected to ease by 39% along Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari, 33% along Jalan Sungai Buloh and 43% in Persiaran Surian.

DASH also provides highway users with an alternative route to Persiaran Surian in Kota Damansara and Subang Airport, as well as has built-in traffic dispersal solutions while factoring in future and large pockets of residential and commercial development in areas, such as at Kwasa Damansara and Elmina.

DASH is built with Green Building Index (GBI) featuring solar panels, green turf roof and rainwater harvesting system, an elevated solar walkway, uniquely-designed toll plazas ready for the gateless gantry toll system, and the first full enclosure highway noise barrier in Malaysia.
